Shipping policy
PLEASE NOTE: For orders outside Italy, your order may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. ARMO1191 has no control over these charges, and we cannot calculate an exact amount, as import policies and customs duties vary widely from country to country. Any customs clearance costs are therefore the responsibility of the customer.
SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERY TIMES
We will try to process your order as quickly as possible. However, as a small agricultural company, we are busy on several fronts, and it is not always easy for us to compete with the shipping times of a multinational company. Your order will be prepared and packed by hand with care and attention. We are confident that the passion we put into it will be passed on to you once it is delivered.
Your purchase made on our www.armo1191.it site is generally delivered within:
ITALY: 3-4 working days from your order
EUROPE: 6-7 working days from your order
THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA: 7-8 working days from your order
AUSTRALIA: 7-8 working days from your order
This value represents the sum of the time it takes to prepare your parcel at our warehouse (which generally takes 1-2 working days) and the actual shipping time operated by our courier, GLS in Italy (1-2 working days) and Europe (3-4 working days), DHL for the rest of the locations (5-6 working days). By 'working days' we naturally mean Monday to Friday, excluding Italian national holidays. In exceptional cases, shipping may be delayed due to force majeure (e.g., weather events, strikes, customs detention, etc.).

- For each order below € 50.00 VAT included, a fixed contribution of € 4.50 VAT included is required
- For each order of € 50.00 or more VAT included, shipping is free of charge.
