Because we constantly engage in study and research to guarantee you the best organic Mountain Arnica creams and oils you can find on the market.

WHICH IS BETTER, OIL OR CREAM?

It is partly subjective, and it partly depends on your need. In any case, you will never make a mistake by choosing one or the other.

IS YOUR ARNICA THE MOST CONCENTRATED? WHY DON'T YOU WRITE THE PERCENTAGE ON THE LABEL?

Without any doubt, our Arnica is the most concentrated. We don't write the percentage on the label because we want to differentiate ourselves from the classic world of Arnica products, a babel of advertised percentages and slogans, but which have almost no Arnica in them.

Our products are studied by paying attention to every single detail, our Mountain Arnica flower extract (exclusively from our organic cultivation in Piancavallo) is analysed and titrated by the laboratory of the University of Padua. THERE REALLY IS ARNICA IN OUR PRODUCTS.

CAN I VISIT THE CULTIVATION?

Of course, we are not always on site, but it is always open and there is no need to book. It is located along the Passeggiate delle Malghe in Piancavallo (PN). If you don't know the area you can find us using Google Maps, just type ARMO1191 in the search bar. But remember that it is always better to download the map to use offline because in the mountains the signal is very weak!

Are you asking yourself which could be the best time to visit us? We would say between late June and mid- July, when you can admire the magnificent spectacle of the blossoming and take some photos you can share with us on social media networks. Please like our Facebook and Instagram pages so that you can also keep up to date with the events we organise.

DO THE PRODUCTS HAVE AN EXPIRY DATE?

Yes, it is printed on the packaging. We recommend that you keep the products in a clean, dry place and above all away from heat sources, so that they can best preserve all their properties.

WHEN WILL MY PARCEL ARRIVE?

Packages travel by SDA in Italy and FedEx for the rest of the locations. You will always be able to track them via the shipment tracking that we will provide you with by e-mail.

Delivery time is 3 to 4 working days for Italy and 6 to 7 working days for the rest of the locations.

IS SHIPPING FREE?

Free shipping is only available in Italy for orders of € 50.00 or more. For all other orders there is a fixed fee depending on the type of order you wish to carry out. You can consult the rates in the Shipping section.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept payment by PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Should you have any problems, please do not hesitate to contact us.

CAN I ORDER A GIFT FOR SOMEONE ELSE?

Of course, always remember to write that it is a gift in the order notes, we will prepare a special package for you. If you want it to be delivered directly to the lucky person, please write their address when entering the shipping information.

HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN?

We would be very sorry not to meet your expectations. We are always available for a friendly confrontation because at times some inconveniences can happen. In case we really can't find common ground, we have a Return Policy that allows you to send the product back to us within 14 days from receival and we will refund you as soon as it is delivered to us.
