REFUNDS, RETURNS AND SUBSTITUTIONS

Making a return or requesting a replacement is very simple. However, remember to notify the return request (Step 1) within 14 days from the date of receipt of the purchased products.

Returns

Step 1 - request the opening of the return procedure by writing to info@armo1191.it

You must first inform us of your intention to return one or more items by writing to info@armo1191.it

Secondly, we would like to know the reason for the return. Don't worry, we will always accept all returns, but we want every criticism to be an opportunity for us to improve.


Step 2 – the returning of the products

Within 10 days from the date of notification described here above, you may return the items by sending the product or products to the following address:

Please note: In this case, you are responsible for the shipping and packaging costs of the products to be returned. You can reuse the original packaging if it is in good condition.


Step 3 - Refund

To obtain a refund, the products must be intact (do not send us finished products or destroyed bottles!). Once the integrity of the product has been verified, Società Agricola Conzato Giovanni & C. S.S. will refund the amount paid for the product itself.

 

Substitutions

We know that inconveniences are always lurking and can be annoying issues to solve. There is nothing worse than receiving a faulty or damaged product. Don't worry, you can ask us for a replacement, and even in this case it will be very simple. Always remember to notify us of your return request (Step 1) within 14 days from the date of receipt of the purchased products.

Secondly, you will have to tell us the reason. Don't worry, an inconvenience can always happen (a defective or damaged bottle, a product not corresponding to the order, a product damaged during shipment, etc.). To facilitate the procedure, you can attach photos and/or videos.

Step 2 – the returning of the products

Please note: In this case you will be reimbursed for the shipping costs you incur to return damaged products to us. You can reuse the original packaging if it is in good condition. The shipping costs for sending the new products will be borne by us.

Step 3 – the substitution

To obtain the replacement and the reimbursement of the shipping costs incurred for sending the goods to be exchanged, you will have to wait for their arrival at our premises. Once the eventual damage and/or problem has been ascertained, Società Agricola Conzato Giovanni & C. S.S. will promptly proceed to send the new products and to reimburse the expenses incurred to return them to us.
